MFEI offered support the Montana Indigenous Food Sovereignty Initiative (MIFSI) in their state-wide food sovereignty efforts. For this project, MIFSI wanted to support communities to create “resiliency gardens” in order to enhance their food security. MIFSI collected seeds and created seed bundles from indigenous seeds to distribute to interested communities across the state.
